  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar (plus extra for rolling)
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 and 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup strawberry or apricot jam

Instructions
