  • Water (as needed to thin the sauce)

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • ½ small red or green cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Cotija cheese (crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce by whisking together Greek yogurt, lime juice, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a small bowl. Thin with water if necessary and refrigerate.
  2. Season shrimp with spices in a bowl; cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes per side until pink.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. Assemble tacos by filling each tortilla with cabbage, shrimp, avocado slices, drizzling sauce on top, and garnishing with cilantro.
