  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Jumbo pasta shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add lobster and crab, cooking until heated through.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine seafood with cream cheese, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook jumbo shells as per package instructions; drain and cool slightly.
