  • 1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped jalapeño pepper
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 packages SURE-JELL powder pectin
  • 5 cups white sugar

Instructions

  1. Sterilize six 8-ounce canning jars and lids. Heat water in a hot water canner.
  2. In a large saucepan over high heat, combine the red, green, and jalapeño peppers with apple cider vinegar and pectin. Stir until boiling.
  3. Quickly add the sugar, returning to a rolling boil for 2-3 minutes; skim off foam.
  4. Ladle the mixture into prepared jars, leaving 1/4 inch at the top. Seal tightly.
  5. Process in boiling water for five minutes before cooling completely.
