  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked; remove from the pan.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, then pour in heavy cream and milk. Heat through before adding mozzarella and Parmesan cheese; stir until smooth.
  5. Combine cooked linguine with the sauce and toss gently to coat.
  6. Serve with seared chicken on top.
