Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line your baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, milk, butter, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth using an electric mixer or whisk.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
