  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a casserole dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix until just combined.
