Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Bunches Curly Kale
  • 1 Cup Croutons
  • 1/2 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove stems from the kale and wash leaves thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl, massage the kale with 1 teaspoon of sea salt for 1-2 minutes until softened.
  3. Add croutons to the kale and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and whisk until combined.
  5. Pour dressing over the salad and add grated Parmesan cheese; toss until evenly coated.
