  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions
