  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced

  • 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup ditalini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
