  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lump crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and season with salt and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
