  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 ½ cups White chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ cup Molasses
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Ground cloves
  • Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and butter the bottom and sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and stir until heated through.
  3. Add white chocolate chips to the warm mixture and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Mix in brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, molasses, vanilla extract, and ground cloves. Heat while stirring until the sugar dissolves (about 10 minutes).
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Top with Christmas sprinkles before refrigerating for at least four hours until set.
