Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (500g) lobster tails (4 lobster tails, shell-on)
  • 1/2 stick salted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley leaves (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • cayenne pepper
  • lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven's broiler. If using frozen lobster tails, ensure they are fully thawed.
  2. Cut through the top of each lobster shell with kitchen scissors to create a one-inch rectangle shape. Carefully remove the shell to reveal the lobster meat.
  3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and mix in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
  5. Drizzle half of the garlic butter mixture over each tail and reserve some for dipping later. Broil for about 5–8 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
