  • 8 oz feta cheese, cut into small sticks or logs
  • cup melted butter
  • 1 package phyllo dough, thawed
  • cup honey
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Layer four sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each layer with melted butter. Cut into 3-inch wide strips.
  3. Place feta at one end of each strip and roll tightly, sealing edges.
  4. Brush tops with more melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. For chili honey, warm honey in a pan, stir in chili flakes and apple cider vinegar until combined.
  6. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
