  • 4 eggs

  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup whole milk
  • 1 (3.4 ounces) package instant vanilla pudding

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, vanilla extract, and sugar; bring to a boil.

  3. Remove from heat; let cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time until smooth.

  5. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes; reduce to 350°F and bake for another 15 minutes.
  6. Cool completely; slit each puff to release steam.
  7. Whip together heavy cream, milk, and vanilla pudding mix until thickened.
