  • 3 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • 1 cucumber (diced)
  • 1 large avocado (diced)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Fluff it with a fork and let cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, mirin, mayo, and Sriracha; whisk until smooth.
