  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat artichoke hearts dry using paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each artichoke heart in olive oil and roll them in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
