  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • Béchamel sauce (made with butter, flour, milk)
  • Lasagna noodles (no-boil or regular)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Gradually whisk in flour until smooth, then slowly add milk while whisking until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce in a baking dish. Layer half the spinach and one-third of the mozzarella on top. Repeat layers, finishing with béchamel and Parmesan.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
