  • 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Velveeta, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the twisted pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
