  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 60g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 200g broccoli florets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 500ml chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and season diced chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through; set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the orzo and cook for approximately 12 minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for about 8 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Add heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and broccoli florets; cook until the orzo is tender and the sauce thickens (about 5-6 minutes).
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the pan, stir in chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
