  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay out tortillas and divide the mixture among them. Top with spinach and tomatoes.
  3. Roll each tortilla tightly from the bottom up while folding in the sides to seal the filling inside.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook wraps seam-side down for 3–4 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook another 3–4 minutes.
  5. Slice in half and serve warm.
