Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (freshly grated)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange-flavored candy coating or white chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the heavy cream and white chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange juice. Let cool at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Refrigerate the ganache for 1-2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  4. Scoop out portions of the ganache and roll them into balls using your hands.
  5. Chill the truffles again for about 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the candy coating or white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, then dip each truffle to coat evenly.
  7. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and garnish with extra orange zest if desired.
