  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss blueberries with 2 tablespoons of flour in a bowl; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, combine remaining flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in floured blueberries.
  6. Pour batter into two greased loaf pans and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
