  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup ketchup (for meat mixture)
  • ⅓ cup ketchup (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan.
  4. For the glaze, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Spread half over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes; remove from oven and spread remaining glaze on top. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cooked through.
