  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; then add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Prepare the cinnamon swirl by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Spread half of the batter into the pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture over it. Layer with remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture; swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling before slicing.
