Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and sea salt until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls (1 to 2 tablespoons each) and place on the prepared sheet.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals until smooth.
  7. Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing back on the tray.
