Instructions
Cook the rice by combining long-grain rice, chicken broth, and salt in a pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer until tender (15-20 minutes).
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season boneless chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and let rest.
In the same skillet on low heat, add cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley. Stir until smooth and creamy.
