  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare fries according to package instructions or bake homemade fries at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant. Add heavy cream and allow it to gently simmer.
