  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning, for the sauce
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and melt butter, then sear chicken seasoned with Cajun seasoning until golden brown; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter, then stir in heavy cream and milk.
  4. Add Velveeta and other cheeses until melted; mix in cooked pasta and chicken.
