  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in sugar until combined; add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
  3. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt together; gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  4. Pour brownie batter into a greased springform pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
