  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  2. In another bowl, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the thickened pudding mixture until well combined.
  4. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom, followed by half of the apple pie filling and half of the cream mixture. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
