  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken and turkey sausage with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
